IWD Picnic
On March 8, 2025, the 3MTT FCT Community hosted an impactful IWD Picnic with 90 women, fostering discussions on career growth, financial independence, and work-life balance.
In partnership with the German Government and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, the event featured insightful panel discussions, networking, and breakout sessions focused on tech, finance, and personal development.
Key takeaway: Women were empowered with actionable steps to accelerate their careers and financial well-being.

Hear From Our Employers: Techosphere
It has been an absolute pleasure to work with 3MTT Fellows and we are thrilled to share the progress and success we have achieved through this partnership. At Techosphere, as part of our membership benefits, we have designed a custom dedicated environment for the fellows partaking in the 3MTT programme and over the past few weeks our Techos have been working on a range of projects such as programming, graphic design, web development and so on. We have had the joy of supporting multiple talented Techos from the cohort in successfully showcasing their talent, completing tech gigs and receiving competitive payment for their hard work. We have also provided our Techos with training material and resources such as the Canvas Web Builder, our no-code tool builder that immensly simplifies the web development process. The impact of this partnership has been clear and we are excited to continue growing our community of skilled professionals. Well done 3MTT!
