It is actually a welcomed development. Big kudos to the 3mtt team/ the organizers of this program. But for this vision or aim to be expedize I think all hands must be on desk, even banks should be involved. The 3mtt team should used NYSC format ie the method of posting individuals to different organizations, and when accepted, the organization writes to them to inform/ brief them. This can actually be of great help in seeing that 3mtt fellows are be accepted either for internship or job placement. That's my opinion anyways. Thank you. Bradley
