Presently, we may not know the large benefits and impacts of the 3MTT program but I am sure when the innovative change and better living for all starts happening and become a reality, every government on sit will build upon the initiative and embrace its continuity.
Nigeria’s vision of an inclusive and thriving nation, where no region is left behind, is achievable, and the path is being paved by our rising technical talents.
With programs like the 3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT) initiative, the country is building a workforce capable of transforming dreams into reality. These technical experts are the key to creating the infrastructure and innovations needed to uplift every community. Nigeria’s success is no longer a distant goal; it is in the hands of today’s talent. The future is here, and it’s being built now and thank God I am among the team responsible for that!!!

3MTT is a great innovative movement that will drive our dear country Nigeria to where she alto be. 3mtt is the country present helper at time of need. Beneficiaries of this great movement ensure that the expertise gained should be deployed to reposition our nation.
The opportunity to join 3MTT can not be overemphasized... But to make the program impactful one lies on the Federal Government side to fulfill their promises to 3 millions Nigerian youths; until that is done... That question; what would a successful Nigeria look like to you? Will remain unanswered.
